GAP-FREE Physio Terms & Conditions

EPC referrals dated from 15th November 2024 for Jeremy will incur no out-of-pocket expense for patients not in receipt of an aged pension. Out-of-pocket expenses will apply after 28th February 2025 if not in receipt of an aged pension.

Private patients with private health insurance will be charged a maximum fee of $40.00 until 31st December 2024. Normal fees will apply after 1st January 2025.

Private patients with no private health insurance will pay $84.00 for all consultations until 31st December 2024.
